FEE SCHEDULE AND SERVICES

The fees are debited directly from the account unless other acceptable arrangements are requested. The account fee is payable quarterly, in advance, based on the valuation of the assets on the final day of the previous quarter. In the event of termination of management, the unused portion of the fees will be refunded on a prorated basis. Under certain circumstances, management fees may be negotiable. WCAMG typically absorbs all trading costs.

MANAGEMENT FEES PROVIDE

YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING SERVICES 

• We will exercise continuous supervision of the assets under our management. 

• We will select, buy, monitor, and exchange stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, or other securities in accordance with our understanding of your circumstances, objectives, market, economic data, and other applicable criteria. 

• Independent of our office, you will receive a detailed monthly statement about your account directly from the custodian.  (i.e. Fidelity Investments) 

• We will apply due diligence to our process and carefully research and evaluate the individual investment securities.  

• You will receive from our office a comprehensive Quarterly Performance Review that will detail your portfolio’s return. 

• If you wish, at year-end we will work with you or your tax preparer to assist
  in the tax preparation process.
